Kannawa Jigoku District Park Nordic Walking Tour | Tour Information

Tour overview: You will be picked up from Beppu Station or your accommodation and brought to Jigoku District Park in Beppu City. After a short Nordic walking lesson, the walk begins—passing by the open-air hot spring spot Tsurunoyu and continuing all the way to Myoban Onsen.
Along the way, stop at Emisu Shrine to offer a prayer. At Myoban Onsen, enjoy tasting the famous onsen-cooked eggs and the local specialty Jigoku-steamed pudding. Afterward, return to Jigoku District Park and finally be dropped off at Beppu Station or your accommodation.

About cancellation policy

Refund due to cancellation
Card payments on this website are processed through an agency. Once we have confirmed your cancellation procedure, or if we have determined that your order has been cancelled, we will promptly cancel the transaction with the credit card company through the agency.

Cancellation fee
Cancellation the day before: 50% of the tour fee
Cancellation on the day: 100% of the tour fee

Regarding change in number of people
A cancellation fee will also be charged if the number of people decreases. A cancellation fee will also be charged if you are late for the meeting time on the day and are unable to join the tour. In that case, it will be treated as a cancellation on the day and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, so please make sure to plan your trip with plenty of time.

Regarding the cancellation of the event
Tours may be canceled due to events such as the drying up of rivers and lakes due to lack of water, or the closure of related facilities and roads due to bad weather. The decision to cancel will be made at least one day in advance, and we will notify customers of the cancellation as soon as possible. However, there may be cases where the weather changes suddenly on the day of the tour, and in rare cases, we may not be able to hold the tour even if you have come all the way. Please understand that this decision is made with safety in mind. In the event of cancellation, we will refund the full amount.

●Pregnant women, those who have consumed alcohol or are under the influence of alcohol, and those with a chronic illness that would prevent them from participating in the tour will not be able to participate.
